These Terms & Conditions govern your use of www.jrichtravel.com and any services provided by J. Rich Travel (“Company”, “we”, “us”). By using our website, submitting an inquiry, or booking travel through us, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Role as Travel Agent

J. Rich Travel is an independent travel agency. We act solely as an intermediary between you and travel suppliers (cruise lines, Disney, Universal Orlando Resort, Universal Studios Hollywood, hotels, airlines, etc.). We do not own or operate any cruises, resorts, theme parks, or transportation services. All travel arrangements are subject to the individual supplier’s terms and conditions.

2. Bookings, Payments & Cancellations

• All bookings, deposits, and final payments are governed by the supplier’s policies.
• Prices and availability are subject to change until confirmed by the supplier.
• Cancellation and refund requests must be made in writing and are subject to supplier penalties and fees.
• We are not responsible for any refunds, changes, or penalties imposed by suppliers.

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your phone number and opting in (via website form or verbally), you consent to receive one-on-one SMS messages from J. Rich Travel regarding your travel inquiries, quotes, booking confirmations, reminders, and support.

Message & data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance. We do not use your number for third-party marketing.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, J. Rich Travel is not liable for any loss, injury, damage, delay, cancellation, or inconvenience caused by any travel supplier, acts of God, weather, strikes, government actions, or any other events beyond our control. We are not responsible for supplier performance or any issues arising during your travel.

5. Client Responsibilities

• You are responsible for verifying all travel documents, passports, visas, health requirements, and supplier policies.
• It is your responsibility to obtain appropriate travel insurance.
• You must reconfirm all reservations directly with suppliers before travel.

6. Images, Logos & Trademarks

All images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual products, ships, resorts, and experiences may vary. All logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only. No endorsement is implied.

7. Affiliate & Commission Disclosure

We participate in affiliate and partner programs and may earn commissions at no extra cost to you when you book through our links or partners.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Oklahoma (or your state of residence if different).

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
